Pick me up bouquet

From the 2022 28-February Flowers Collection.

Sometime in the mid-80s FTD (the florist delivery company) stared a new campaign called the “Pick me up bouquet” - a small floral arrangement in a rainbow mug. The idea was that they were a quick and affordable way to give something special to someone that needed a little pick-me-up. This piece does that and more, it always makes me smile.

Artwork is 5”x7” and is created with Grafix Dura-lar overlayed on 140lb watercolor paper, using acrylic paints and sharpie markers. Piece is isolated with Krylon Kamar and then varnished with Krylon UV Spray. It comes matted in white to fit an 8”x10” frame. Frame is not included.

This piece is is intended to be framed and viewed behind glass. It is fragile in nature due to the Grafix Dura-lar, limit direct contact with the piece.
